It is our deep desire at Camp Harlow to cultivate an environment where unity in ministry is a high priority. We strive to have a ministry team that is committed to growing in their personal walk with God and seeks to live for the benefit of others and the glory of God. Unity of ministry is a product of having a shared belief, shared commitment, and shared purpose. Unity takes place when gifted and willing individuals who are called by Him, serve and love with a heart for God and others.

Position Description

Paid Position $100 for Spring Break. Summer pay rates begin at $135 per week. Camp Harlow Senior Counselors play a very key role in our ministry and can have a significant spiritual impact on the lives of their campers. They can make a difference in camper’s lives in the midst of rotations and activities, evening programs, free time, cabin devotions, Bible studies and by being an example of Jesus Christ. The hours are long, and the job is challenging, therefore, these people need to be deeply committed to Christ while ministering to others and serving God.

*Must be at least 18 years of age by 1st day of training.
