Romans 1:5-6 It is our deep desire at Camp Harlow to cultivate an environment where unity in ministry is a high priority. We strive to have a ministry team that is committed to growing in their personal walk with God and seeks to live for the benefit of others and the glory of God. Unity of ministry is a product of having a shared belief, shared commitment, and shared purpose. Unity takes place when gifted and willing individuals who are called by Him, serve and love with a heart for God and others.

Position Description

IMPACT team is a paid position: $100 for Spring Break and summer pay rates begin at $165 per week. Members of the Impact Team make up a vital part of the leadership of the ministry of Camp Harlow. They oversee specific departments of our program, disciple, encourage and mentor members of our counseling staff, and help facilitate the set up and tear down of our camp activities. Those who fill the positions require a great deal of spiritual maturity, communication skills, initiative, flexibility, social graces and leadership ability.
